Delivery

Returns & Refunds
Returns request needs to be made within 7 days from the date of package delivery. Acceptance of Returns request is based on thorough analysis on the condition of the received package and insignialabs.in will hold the final decision on the acceptance/rejection of return requests. In case of Refunds, only Online Paid Orders will be eligible for Instant Refund Transfer after consideration from insignialabs.in. All COD Orders amount will be held in the system in case of Returns for a package and customer can utilize the same amount for future purchases on the website insignialabs.in.
